The developer (the "Developer") of the application "How Many Left?" (the "App") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of information relating to users of the App.
The App does not collect or store information such as the User's name, address, telephone number, email address, or other information intended to directly identify the User.
The App stores information entered by the User, such as product names, categories, stock quantities, prices, store names, purchase history, and shopping lists, on the User's device for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.
If the User registers an image for a product, the image is also stored on the User's device for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.
This information is managed on the User's device to the extent necessary for use of the App and is not automatically transmitted to any server operated by the Developer.
If the User sends an email using the inquiry function of the App, the Developer may receive the email address used to send the message, the contents of the message, and other information included in the inquiry.
Such information will be used only for responding to inquiries, providing support, and making necessary communications, and will not be used beyond those purposes.
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to provide advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information from the User's device for purposes such as advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. This may include the device's IP address, information about the User's interactions with the App, diagnostic information related to the performance of the App and the SDK, Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, and other device or account-related identifiers, where applicable.
The IP address may be used to estimate the general location of the device. The App itself does not use GPS or other means to obtain the User's precise location as part of its functionality.
Data collected through the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS).
For more information about how Google handles information in connection with advertising services, please also refer to the following information provided by Google:
The App uses the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to manage user choices regarding advertising and privacy.
Depending on the User's region and applicable laws or regulations, a consent message may be displayed to obtain or confirm the User's choices regarding advertising and privacy. The App updates consent information when necessary and checks whether advertisements may be requested before displaying advertisements.
For Users for whom a privacy options entry point is required, the App provides a "Privacy Settings" option in the Settings screen, where available privacy choices can be reviewed or changed.
The Developer will not provide or disclose information received from Users to any third party except in the following cases:
Notwithstanding the above, in connection with the delivery of advertisements through the Google Mobile Ads SDK described in Article 3, Google and other advertising service providers may collect, process, or share information to the extent necessary to provide their services. Such handling is also subject to the privacy policies and other applicable terms of those service providers.
The App or web pages related to the App may contain links to other websites or services.
The privacy practices of linked websites or services are governed by the privacy policies and other terms established by their respective operators. The Developer is not responsible for the handling of information by linked websites or services.
The Developer will comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other applicable standards and will review and improve this Policy as necessary.
The Developer may modify this Policy when deemed necessary. Any revised Policy shall become effective when it is posted on this web page.
For inquiries regarding this Policy, please contact the Developer by email using the "Contact Us" function within the App.
